Evan_M-headshot-web-nameEvan K. McNamara is  a senior associate in WFBM's  Southern California Environmental Department.

His practice focuses on environmental litigation with an emphasis on products liability, premises liability, and toxic tort. Evan's experience includes representation of product manufacturers, public entities, subcontractors, international airlines, insurance companies, and various other clients, in state and federal court civil litigation cases, including environmental contamination, toxic tort, and water board cases.
Evan attended night school while practicing law to further his professional knowledge through supplemental education in the natural sciences. He completed multiple courses in the areas of geology, chemistry, biology, geography, astronomy, mathematics, and geographic information systems. He also participated in numerous field study courses along the California Coast, analyzing the human impacts on wildlife in the Año Nuevo, Elkhorn Slough, Bodega Bay, and Tomales Bay ecosystems.

Evan was born and raised in West Los Angeles and enjoys a variety of outdoor sports including golf, tennis, scuba diving, snow skiing, hiking and bike riding. He also has a musical background and enjoys playing guitar as a hobby.
