Randall J. Lee has practiced law in California for over twenty years. Randy's practice focuses on business litigation, employment law, environmental & pollution claims, construction law, products liability, premises liability and public entity litigation. He has been involved in several trials and binding arbitrations and has handled numerous mediations involving these types of claims. Randy has successfully represented a wide variety of clients, including private companies and individuals, municipalities, manufacturers, distributors, and subcontractors in complex and multiple-party litigation. Randy frequently gives lectures and presentations for various clients in preventing employment litigation.

Randy played lacrosse at Pepperdine University and studied kendo in Japan - and he credits both for his team-oriented, disciplined approach to law. He is married to a third-generation lawyer and they have three children involved in competitive team sports. He and his family are regular volunteers for local charities and social welfare organizations. They are also avid Chicago Cubs and San Francisco Giants fans. His most memorable Cubs and Giants moments are Harry Carey's WGN and Wrigley Field scoreboard wedding well-wishes, meeting the eternally optimistic and inspirational Ron Santo and the Giants 2010 World Championship.
