Mary Watson Fisher is the managing partner of the firm's Orange County Office. She supervises a diverse practice of forty-five attorneys and co-manages the firm's four offices. During her six year tenure as co-managing partner, Mary has overseen the firm's growth to nearly 80 attorneys.

Mary concentrates her law practice in employment law, travel litigation and business litigation. With extensive experience in representing employers in litigation, she also advises employers on how to best avoid future litigation in employment matters. In addition, she handles premises liability and personal injury matters for travel agencies, tour operators and cruise lines, and defends corporate clients in breach of contract claims and partnership disputes.

Mary was born and raised in Connecticut. Upon graduating from Vassar College, she and her best friend drove across the country and eventually settled in Southern California. Mary and her husband, Eric, are avid travelers and enjoy skiing in the winter. Mary is also a devoted yogi.
