Ronald H. Bevins, Jr. was born in Fullerton, California and has resided in Orange County his entire life, spending his high school and college years working at Disneyland and the Disneyland Hotel.  Following graduation from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, he went to work for Jeff Walsworth, who at the time was a sole practitioner just beginning his practice.  Soon thereafter, he became a founding partner of WFBM.  As the firm grew, Ron served as managing partner until 2004 when he transitioned from that position to devote more time to his clients and special firm projects, including service on the firm's Skills, Trial, and Executive Committees.

In over 25 years of practicing law in California, Ron has seen the firm grow from two to over 80 attorneys.  Currently, his practice includes an emphasis on toxic tort/environmental, employment, construction, and general business litigation.  Throughout his career, he has successfully represented municipalities, manufacturers, distributors, and subcontractors in multiple-party litigation.

Ron resides in Huntington Beach with his wife Mary Celeste, and also maintains a residence in Avalon on Catalina Island, where he serves on various community boards and enjoys his time as a member of the Catalina Island Golf Club.  Ron serves on the Board of Regents for Servite High School in Anaheim, his alma mater, where his three sons also graduated.  His daughter is attending college as a Division 1 water polo athlete, as her brothers also did, so Ron and his wife have enjoyed many wonderful years on pool decks all over the country!

While serving as the firm's managing partner, Ron also started and still serves as the chair of the WFBM Seagull Classic Golf Tournament, which for over twenty-five years, has raised funds for the research, prevention and treatment of juvenile diabetes.
