Karen P. Agelson is a partner in WFBM's Orange County office, and her primary practice focuses on environmental litigation and toxic torts.  Karen's experience includes multiple-party litigation involving exposure to asbestos, chemicals and other environmental toxins.  She has also litigated a number of hazardous waste claims, and is experienced in dealing with state and federal environmental regulations.  Karen has been involved in numerous trials, binding arbitrations, and mediations involving these types of claims.  She boasts a stellar trial record, having won four defense verdicts.  

In addition to her litigation and arbitration experience, Karen has nine years of teaching experience.
