Karen M. Johnson is a partner in WFBM's Los Angeles office. Her practice focuses on environmental litigation with an emphasis on the defense of products liability and premises liability cases as well as environmental contamination and construction litigation cases. Throughout her career, she has successfully represented business owners, manufacturers, distributors, contractors, premises owners, and public entities in multiple-party litigation involving intentional tort, toxic tort and environmental contamination.

Karen was a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Constitutional Criminal Procedure (1996) and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Real Estate Transactions (1997), Law Review (1995-1997).

Born and raised in the suburbs of Los Angeles, California, Karen now resides in the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles between the Hollywood sign and Griffith Observatory. She enjoys spending time with her children, Ava and Beau, as well as her menagerie of pets. Karen volunteers with a local animal rescue and loves to spend time hiking in the hills of Los Angeles.
