Vernon Phillip ("Phil") Hill IV is an associate in WFBM's Los Angeles office.  Phil simultaneously received his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia.  He is experienced in representing companies throughout all stages of complex civil litigation, and devotes the majority of his practice to products liability, toxic tort, environmental contamination and general liability defense matters.  Phil vigorously defends companies in multi-million dollar actions, including both personal injury and wrongful death matters.  He has defended dozens of living mesothelioma cases, many of which were granted preferential trial setting and has represented a broad range of clients including manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, contractors, business owners, public entities, and other businesses in multi-party litigation. 

Raised in Peachtree City, Georgia, Phil now resides in Hollywood, California.  He enjoys spending his free time playing guitar, which was his principal instrument at the Berklee College of Music where he graduated magna cum laude as a dual major in Music Production & Engineering and Music Business Management.
